Schedule: Monday- Friday 5:45 am- 9:00 pm | Saturday 5:45 am- 2:00 pm.
We begin by learning your exercise background, current fitness level, injuries/surgeries and goals you're looking to work toward and then build a customized plan for you based on that information. Your visits in our studio are scheduled appointments and are completely private in your own fully equipped training room where one of our certified personal trainers will be alongside you to ensure exercises are being performed properly and that the intensity is appropriate. Nutrition counseling is available through a private meeting with our Registered and Licensed Dietitian who will help you find a healthy balance in your eating habits. You may also train with us virtually in the instance you would prefer to remain in the comfort of your home.
