Our fitness programming is personal and customized for your body and your goals. We start with a scientific assessment of your current fitness levels and we discuss any factors in your programming such as joint pain, prior surgeries or muscle imbalances. Then we plan a workout program based on our recommendations as well as your personal preferences. We reassess you every 6-8 weeks to ensure you are progressing and seeing results. At that time, we will make any adjustments to the program as needed.

We want to help you discover different types of exercises and workouts that are enjoyable and align with your needs. Our mission is to empower you with a permanent lifestyle change. We want you to be able to walk into a gym or fitness class, or purchase home equipment, and feel confident in knowing what to do. Our training program is not another thing to try… it is honest support with a goal of permanent change.
Our private training sessions take place in your own room full of modern and clean fitness equipment. Our small group sessions are only 4-6 people to ensure we are still giving you the personal attention you need and want.
